What is Skype counselling?
Are you looking for help and support over the Internet?
For the past ten years, I’ve been offering Face-to-face counselling; and Telephone coaching and counselling all over the world. Recently I have expanded into Online Skype-and-webcam coaching and counselling.
Skype counselling is much like regular face-to-face counselling, except that it’s conducted entirely over the Internet.
The outcomes achieved via Skype counselling are comparable to those achieved through face-to-face or Telephone counselling.

Hello and welcome to this new page about my Skype-webcam counselling service.
My name is Renata Taylor-Byrne, and I have spent about forty years helping many individuals with their personal and professional development needs, issues and skills.
I am a trained and accredited coach-counsellor. I also research and write books on personal and professional development topics.
In my work, I combine coaching, teaching, counselling and mentoring, as appropriate.
What’s the advantage of Skype counselling?
Skype counselling is very convenient for you because you do not have to travel to see me and we can prearrange a convenient meeting time for the phone conversation. The advantage over Telephone counselling is that we can read each other’s non-verbal communications as well as having a conversation, which can enhance the quality of the communication.
I can help you to explore, understand and organise aspects of your life that you want to change, control or accept. You might need help with stress or anxiety, including health anxiety; sleep problems, like insomnia; diet, exercise or relaxation problems; self-confidence; self-esteem; self-assertive communication in your relationships, at home and in work; habit-change support; or general problem solving skills.
I teach and coach and counsel primarily in the following areas of client-concern:

- Confidence building and self-esteem; Thinking skills;
- Planning and goal setting; Lifestyle self-management (including sleep, exercise, diet and nutrition; plus Eastern forms of physical exercise – and how to discipline yourself in the management of diet and exercise);

- and many other areas of personal and professional concern.

I will suggest a couple of days/ times when we could meet over the Internet. Once we’ve agreed a day/ time, I will pencil you into my diary; and I will send you my bank account details.

Once your fee arrives at my bank account, I will ink you into my diary. All fees are due at least 24 hours before the session is due to take place.
